Haven at Research Triangle Park is a pet-friendly community; we love our furry friends! There is a one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $350 for 1 pet and $450 for 2 pets with a $25 monthly pet rent. Maximum 2 pets per home. Large pets welcome - breed restrictions apply. View our Pet Policy.
